A New Modular Complex in Croton, NY

Metro North Railroad
commissioned a new
modular complex from Nadler Modular Structures for its Croton, NY branch. This
24x60 double wide will be used as an administration office.

NYC Receives New Multi-Purpose Modular From Nadler
Constructed for the NYC Parks and Recreation Department Forestry Division, on behalf of JICC, this modular complex houses the special projects, field forester, horticulture, contracts, awards and administrative departments of the Forestry
Division.
This
5,436 sq. ft office building has an open area floor plan with two private offices, a conference room
with a sound deadening accordion door, and a kitchen.
An interesting feature for this office is the computer raised floor. This specialized flooring
was installed for both aesthetic and practical purposes. The flooring was manufactured completely from green-spec listed materials, is
high load bearing, long lasting and eliminates the risk of exposed wiring.
