As CEO & Managing Director of Nadler Modular since 2002, Jeff has guided Nadler from an underdeveloped family company to one of energetic growth. Under his tenure, Nadler has gained the trust of many of the leading General Contractors in the New York Metro area by providing them with trailers and mobile offices, and has made great strides into permanent off-site construction, satisfying the needs of school districts as well as of federal, state, and local agencies.

Sr. VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Joseph Lopardo serves as the Managing Director of Sales and Business Development at Nadler Modular, having joined in May 2024. Prior to this, he was the President & COO of Modular Design and Construction from May 2018 until its sale in May 2024. Under his leadership, Modular Design & Construction grew revenues to over $100 million annually and expanded its fleet from zero to 1,500 units in six years.
With over 30 years in the modular industry, Joe has led some of the sector’s most significant projects and served as President of the Modular Building Institute in 2011. He previously held roles as Vice President of the Modular Building Division and the Eastern region at Willscot from November 1992 to August 2013, managing a network of 48 branches, 50,000 units, and $850 million in annual revenues. Joe is recognized for his expertise in modular sales and leasing, including his role in creating the industry’s first VAPS program.

Chris brings nearly two decades of experience in the modular construction industry, specializing in operations and process improvement. With a strong background in transportation and logistics, he is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and delivering seamless solutions. Chris and his wife live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, where they enjoy traveling with friends, golfing, and spending quality time with their two adult sons and extended family.

With over 8 years in the modular industry, Warren brings a wealth of experience spanning procurement, finance, and general management. His expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, and financial modeling has been instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. A firm believer in the power of data-driven decision-making, Warren often quips that most challenges can be addressed with a well-structured Excel model. His commitment to excellence is matched by his dedication to customer service, ensuring that clients receive solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Outside the office, Warren cherishes time with his wife and two young daughters. An avid kickboxer and hiker, he also has a passion for astronomy, often spending clear nights gazing at the stars.
